DOTS is a score for a full power total. The total is squat, bench, and deadlift. The score adjusts that total for body weight and sex. A heavier lifter often has a bigger raw total, so raw kilos alone do not make a fair best-lifter score. This tool uses the USA Powerlifting DOTS set shown in its pro-athlete rules. DOTS is not Wilks.
