Privacy Policy

The Short Version
Calcumatix is built to respect your privacy. Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers and dates you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers. We do use analytics to understand how the site is used, and we may show advertising, both of which are described below.
Information We Collect
We do not require accounts, logins, or personal information to use the site. Calculator inputs are never transmitted to us. We do collect limited technical and usage information through analytics and advertising services, such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. This information helps us understand which calculators are useful and keep the site working.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google LLC, to manage the analytics and advertising tags that run on this site. Google Tag Manager itself may set cookies to support tag delivery, and the individual tags it loads, which may include Google Analytics and similar measurement or advertising services, set their own cookies and process usage data, including a truncated or anonymized version of your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. Google LLC acts as a data processor for the analytics and tag-management data described here. We use this data in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally. Where Google Analytics is active, you can learn more from Google's privacy policy, and opt out across sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
Calcumatix may display advertising served by third-party ad networks. These networks, and their partners, may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads and to measure how ads perform. Depending on your settings, some ads may be based on your prior visits to this or other websites. We do not share the values you type into calculators with advertisers. Where third-party advertising is active, those providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect, and their own privacy policies govern that use.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our analytics and advertising providers use cookies to remember preferences, measure usage, and, where applicable, serve ads. Where Google Analytics is active, its cookies are retained for up to 24 months from your last visit, after which they expire automatically; other analytics or advertising cookies may use different retention periods set by their provider. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal data held about you, which can include the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can manage cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out linked above, and adjust ad personalization settings with your ad providers. To make a privacy request, contact us at the address below.
Third-Party Links
Some pages link to external sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites; review their policies when you visit them.
Children's Privacy
Calcumatix is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
