Does Tinted or Frosted Glass Weigh Differently?

No. Tinted glass has minute amounts of metal oxides added to the batch during manufacturing to change the color, but the additions are too small to meaningfully alter the density. Frosted (acid-etched or sandblasted) glass has a microscopically thin layer of the surface removed to scatter light.
